    Summary:
      fix vfprintf() and vfwrite()
    Revision:

    * vfprintf.c: Add missing __va_copy() call to avoid undefined behavior.
    
    * vfwrite.c: Fix return value on success.  Also change variable name
      and add comment to make the code more clear.
