    Summary:
      Build system improvments (OBJROOT)
    Revision:
      prom-libc--devel--1.0--patch-43

    * Makefile:
      - New variable OBJROOT which points to directory where object files
        should be created.  This will leave the source tree untouched
        during build.
      - Handle CPPFLAGS and CFLAGS sensibly so the user can supply thier
        own, without losing the mandatory CFLAGS.
      - Don't make dependencies or build tree when the target is *clean*
        (rather then just "clean").
      - Default OBJROOT is now ./,build-$(PROM_TYPE).
