Here are my notes on creating bootable CDs. Not quite a how-to but may
be of interest.

old mkisofs command to create the boot image

mkisofs -R -U -T -o cd.iso -G /pathto/yaboot.chrp /directory

New mkisofs 2.0.3 -with chrp patch

/opt/schily/bin/mkisofs -U -chrp-boot -r -o cd.iso /directory

new mkisofs patch puts a partition map on the CD so it does not suffer
the problem of the older OF not jumping to block 32 when a partition map
is not found.
