Bootable CD for IBM JS20 (pSeries/CHRP)

Howdy,

I'm trying to create a bootable linux CD so I can flash the firmware on 
some JS20 blades I have so I can eventually netboot SLES 9 on them.  Their 
current firmware only supports SLES 8, and I don't have the time to go 
around and install SLES 8 on all of them (I have 50 of them) and then 
upgrade to SLES 9, hence the need to create this boot CD from an existing 
SLES 8 install with the proper utilities to flash the firmware.  I'm been 
looking all over the place for the past day and a half now, and I cannot 
find any information on how to build a boot CD for these types of systems. 
 Any information is much appreciated.
