are you sure this is what its set to?

that doesn't look right, try:

  /pci@80000000/pci-bridge@d/pci-ata@1/@0/disk@0:1,\\:tbxi

sounds like buggy ydl installer.

you did create the 800K Apple_Bootstrap partition right?
