[no subject]

If I put the Gentoo LiveCD back in the CD slot, I can
boot from it by hitting the 'c' key at the yaboot
prompt. From there, I can boot the kernel on the CD
and tell it to mount my /dev/hda3 root partition:
G4 root=/dev/hda3 video=ofonly ro
But that's the best I can do for now...

I tried to reset the openfirmware by keeping pressed
alt+apple+p+r until the computer rebooted 4 times, but
nothing changed...

That's the first time I am using Apple hardware, and I
don't understand what is going on here?!?

How can I install yaboot correctly so I can boot
linux?
